Welcome to Disney Streams! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Disney Streams website (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, logging in via Google, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, as well as any future modifications. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Service

Disney Streams provides a platform for users to watch live streams from Disney parks worldwide. Our Service aggregates publicly available YouTube live streams for convenient viewing. We also offer features that allow logged-in users to interact with YouTube content, such as liking videos.

3. Google OAuth Integration and Data Usage

Important Information Regarding Your Google Account and Data:

Our Service utilizes Google OAuth 2.0 to facilitate user login and enable specific interactions with YouTube content. When you choose to log in with your Google account, you grant us permission to access certain information from your Google Profile and YouTube account.

3.1. Data Accessed and Its Purpose:

• Google Profile Information: We access your basic Google Profile information, which may include your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used solely for:
  • Authenticating your login to Disney Streams.
  • Personalizing your experience by displaying your name and profile picture within the Service (e.g., in a user panel).
  • Managing your session on Disney Streams.
• YouTube Data (Liking Videos): We request permission to "like" YouTube videos on your behalf. This functionality allows you to express your appreciation for content directly through our Service.

3.2. Data Storage and Retention:

• No Permanent Storage of YouTube User Data: We explicitly state that Disney Streams DOES NOT store any YouTube user data, including your liked video history, beyond the immediate session required to perform the requested action (e.g., liking a video). Once the action is completed or your session ends, this specific YouTube-related data is not retained by our Service.
• Limited Storage of Profile Information: Your Google Profile information (name, email, profile picture) is used for session management and display purposes only. This data is not permanently stored on our servers beyond what is necessary to maintain your active session. We do not create persistent user profiles or databases of this information.
• No Sharing of Data: We do not share any of your Google Profile information or YouTube activity data with third parties.

3.3. Revoking Permissions:

You can revoke Disney Streams' access to your Google account at any time by visiting your Google Account Security settings. Revoking permissions will log you out of Disney Streams and disable any Google-dependent features.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. If you are under 13, you may only use the Service with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Service.
• You agree not to use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• You acknowledge that all content displayed on the Service (including live streams) is provided by third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube), and Disney Streams is not responsible for the content of these external sites.

5. Intellectual Property

All content and materials available on Disney Streams, excluding third-party live streams, are the property of Disney Streams or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Service without explicit permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Disney Streams does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Disney Streams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Disney Streams, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tennessee, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on our website. By continuing to access or use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, please stop using the Service.
